When you consult the I Ching, what can you rely on
to translate the words on the page into real-life advice?

What is the most dependable resource you have?
A good translation, yes, and personal focus...
...but in the end, does anything bring as much real clarity as your own experience? You can wring every last drop of meaning from your books and "focus on the issue" till you go cross-eyed from the effort... but if you have already experienced this hexagram or this line, then you know it, from the inside.
Now imagine for a moment the thousands (or are we millions?) of people across the globe consulting the I Ching, building up a little more of that vivid, personal understanding. There could be more of us today than on any previous day in the oracle's 3,000 year history: everywhere, knowledge and insight is flowing into the world through the Book of Changes.
So - why don't we use the internet to pool that flow?
This is the idea behind Hexagram58.com: to build up a unique resource of shared I Ching experience.

Important update!

Development is suspended on Hexagram58 - but there is a less technologically-minded, more community-based project at onlineClarity, the 'WikiWing', which is available as part of Change Circle membership.
